24 Hour Fitness

I have seen cockroach 2time in the shower so far. Very dirty shower room. I get it they don't want to spend money for cleaning staff. But it's 6:30am in the morning but gym is still not opening. Everyone is waiting outside. Many people already left.

I recently joined this gym, and I couldn't be more impressed. The facilities are really clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. I really appreciate the manager Josh going so above and beyond for his members, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! There’s always someone available to answer questions or provide guidance. The atmosphere in the gym is motivating and energizing, and I always leave with a smile on my face . If you're looking for a great gym with a clean and fantastic environment, this is definitely the place for you!

Absolutely ridiculous. The morning opener on 10/7/24 needs to be fired. The club is supposed to open at 5am and I got there at 5:45am and not a staff member in sight. You have 50-60 cars in the parking lot with tons of people trying to workout and go on about their day. Some people workout and get ready there to go to work! Come 6:20am and still not a staff member in sight. I had to get ready for work in the damn parking lot because of your irresponsible staff. Get it together! This is absurd.

Restroom and shower has not been cleaned before the pandemic .. there’s no maintenance at all. I tried to get in contact with the headquarters, but I think it’s more easy to report them to consumer affairs and the health department.

False advertising they do not honor contracts. I was emailed a promo for a fixed annual price for life, i signed up in person. Things went smoothly, then later was charged more than what was agreed. I walk in they said "no it goes up after a couple years see the fine print" well i show them the direct email from their manager advertising "fixed rate for life", which contradicts their fine print. Theres a reason 24hr fitness filed for bankruptcy and was charged with a class action for similar practices, dont waste your time or money here.

Great steam room and dry sauna. Lots of customers will keep their shoes on when they are not suppose to in the steam or dry sauna which is super gross. Friendly staff but quite a few machines are broken. Lots of people here so parking can be difficult at times. If you just want a nice gym to work out, I’d recommend planet fitness or golds gym. I only come here for the steam room.

I've been a member at this gym for a few months now and I am very satisfied with my experience. The facilities and equipment are clean and well-maintained, and I like the variety of classes offered. What sets this gym apart, however, is the management and staff. Customer service is top-notch and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure that we feel welcomed and supported. The manager even says "Welcome Home!" every time I arrive and I now look forward to seeing everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive fitness community.
