As a business person, I don’t write these without having attempted to contact the company and giving them an opportunity to discuss my experience. They were non-responsive so here is my experience. We paid a premium for an event experience at Talladega. The purchase process was fine. There was ZERO communication post purchase. Event check in was a happy accident as i stumbled upon the tables in the hotel lobby. The rooms were okay but not worth a premium price (exposed box springs on beds, breakfast buffet without food). The event management staff didn’t communicate itinerary well or in advance. Accommodations werent made for disabled people which resulted in ridiculous delays. There was a free concert included after the event and people were not given any option to attend, in fact, we weren’t informed we couldnt stay for it until on the bus to the event which left no time to make alternative arrangements. This event could have been organized to have a great experience for everyone, accomodating needs, experiences and challenges, but it was simply botched. They missed opportunities to make this event great on SO many levels—from dietary needs (zero vegetarian options on day one except chex mix and bagged pretzels) to event management to disability management to communication!! As for value, I did not feel that it was worth what we paid. Never again would I travel with this company. Buyer beware.

Used On Location for a $10K package only to arrive at the show and be told no seats were available and they over booked (We were not the only ones). We were told we could STAND for the 2 day event (over 10 hours) with our children. To make matters worse, my daughter was harassed to the point we had to leave because she was in peoples way (because of the standing). Calling her terrible names etc.

When we contacted Christopher Fratz (Customer relations ops manager) he told us he was sorry for the harassment (Yet his team did nothing to fix it during the show) and no refund would be given. As a former long term customer ($100K purchases) I can officially say this company operates with no morals and is a total rip-off.

I hate this company! They got my Money i Never did get to Chance to get the ticket and i have been trying to reach them for weeks to get the Refund. I Would Never suggest Thais Page to anybody! Go buy your Tickets on trustable Sites!

Personally, I would advise against buying tickets here. Promised packages are not kept. You pay a lot of money, but you don't get what you bought! Customer service is really good and they try hard, but nothing more than an apology comes out of it.

Our family decided to go to the Final Four in Arizona. Will not disclose the amount of money that we paid these people, but I can promise you it was insane. We were on the phone with them for an hour working out details. One detail in particular concerned the location of our game tickets where we were assured that we would be sitting with fellow NCSU fans. As you can probably guess, we were in a section where fans of the opposing them were sitting. It was supposed to be a fabulous experience for us but was extremely disappointing because this organization chose to be dishonest with us. If we had known that there was a possibility that we would be in the middle of fans of the opposing team, we would have purchased our tickets via third party saving a large amount of money. We chose to pay premium prices so that we could sit with our team. Of course, we complained and this company offered zero compensation. Shame on you 'On Location'.

If I could leave a negative five I would this company is scammers they don't display how much floor seats would be and when I think of making deposits I expect you choose how much of a deposit monthly or bi-monthly I will never order from this con artist company again SeatGeek or ticketmaster for now on

April 5-7 2024 - Used On Location for NASCAR race package for Martinsville VA. Hotel was top notch. Race seats were fantastic. On Location representative (Shannon) could not have been more attentive. Excellent experience
