Very clean, very comfortable, water slides and hot tub. The only issue I had was the remote for the TV and the TV. When changing channel you had to wait five seconds for the program to appear. The remote also skipped back ten channels when you would go to the next channel. But not a big deal. Everything else was great! Breakfast was out of this world! Lots to choose from. I would for sure stay at this hotel again.

We arrived late (8-9pm) after driving many hours that day. Lobby was full of young men in various stages of eating pizza. We went straight to our room. Had several people partying/yelling down the hallway. Was hoping the air conditioner would drown out the noise. Noise is hard to get away from in this hotel as every room has a huge window facing the hallway. Needless to say, it wasn’t a great restful night. Then we were awakened by a housekeeper around 8am trying to get into the room. At that point we just wanted to get out.

I had a really good time at our school nutrition conferences. Everyone was very nice, kind, and respectful. A big thanks to our waiter named Brandy. She went out of her way to make sure we had enough coffee,sugar and creamer. The rooms were clean,neat and everything was working. I would recommend friends and family to stay here.

We booked a block for a youth baseball tournament. Room prices were fair and came with bands for the pool and hot (and good) breakfast. Employees were so kind and accommodating. We asked for space to congregate with our group both nights and they were happy to help. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet even right next to the pool. I travel a lot for work and this was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Kids loved the new gelato store too! I didn’t experience the restaurant but those in my group who did said it was great. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about our stay was excellent, right from the beginning. Great room, great breakfast, and great water park pool for the kids. Service and cleanliness were top notch and Kaitlin at the front desk was amazing. Thanks!

Spent the weekend here with extended family visiting the area and this was an excellent choice. Everything was clean. The modern renovation to what I'm pretty sure was an existing building seemed well executed and so the place had a great feel. The front desk staff were very friendly and happy to serve. We ate at Joy's in the building (terrific). The water park was perfect for our Littles - the water slides were a blast. It has a large hot tub. The arcade was cool to see but two games were broken (the hunting one ate our quarters and the boat racing one had a broken wheel), but the boy and myself enjoyed some classic arcade street racing. The staff let us bring in Godfather's Pizza (just next door) and opened up one of the unused mini conference rooms for our family use for dinner on the fly. The breakfast spread was also terrific with all sorts of hot fixings - the biscuits and gravy were delicious. It's right off the interstate so it was a perfect staging grounds for us. I'm sure we'll be back.

The hotel is clean and welcoming, one downfall is it's a twisting maze and its hard to find things like the lobby and pool. The rooms are nice, being a family of five I was hoping it would have at least been set up for four but was set up for just two people. The breakfast was average, biscuits and gravy, omelets, cereal. The reason for only being three stars is the pool. The kids pool is nice, only being a few inches deep with a great water feature. It is not heated. The 3/4 foot pool where the slides are located is much too small for the purpose of both swimming and sliding. Someone is going to get hurt or worse. This one isn't heated either. Water VERY cold. They allow five year olds to be in the hot tub which is much too young, and their chlorine/ph levels are very very off. No one should be leaving the pool with bloodshot eyes after not even getting in the water. The staff that they have in there don't pay attention to the guests and do not enforce the rules. What is the point in having "pool staff" if they aren't going to enforce the rules that were supposed to be in place to protect the guests. One of them yelled at my son for being in the shallow pool when he met and did NOT exceed the height limit of 48"... But then allowed TEENAGE GIRLS who DID exceed said height limits to be in the shallow pool and all over the water feature. Extremely disappointed with this matter. They aren't lifeguard certified either so what is their job even?
