Construction onsite everywhere meant parking our first evening was in a lot next door at another inn. The elevators had plastic lined floors. We stayed on the fourth floor with many of the workers whom were working on the third floor during the day loudly. They stopped by six in the evening and started promptly at eight AM. Breakfast was nice in a remote conference room that the keyed door did not open with our keys so you had to knock for entry. The eggs at breakfast were very good and the selection was pretty nice. The staff was really helpful despite the challenges they must face at every turn. Our floor had been recently remodeled and was very nice. When done this place will be very nice.

I stayed at this hotel in April 2024 went to check in and was greeted by Lillian Bailey, the stay was great. I'm now checking in again August 2024 for a bowling tournament and was greeted again by Ms. Lillian Bailey who again has given Excellent Customer Service she's very professional, kind and is very attentive to what the customer needs are and also very friendly, I don't agree If the hotel is being renovated why rate the hotel 1 or 3 stars ratings if the hotel is trying to accommodate, If you want bad Customer Service, unprofessional, Altitude, Non Caring No Customer Service Try the Sheraton in Pensacola, Fla moving forward if you want the best Customer Friendly Service stay here and check in with Lillian Bailey she's Awesome. Lillian Thanks for the Excellent Customer Service you have provided!!

Booked with points, was only here for a night. The property is under major renovation but since I was just in and out, it didn’t affect me. But just FYI. Check in was quick and easy, front desk was very nice. Room was modern and clean. Was able to use wall charger in parking lot to charge my electric vehicle a bit too.

We had to stay at the Sheraton Augusta under very tumultuous, untenable conditions. But even with that, the hotel was very clean upon our arrival and the staff was the absolute best! I especially want to name Gene, Lillian, Ms. Black, and Amanda! You couldn't have asked for a more personable, caring, informed front office staff. Thank you!!!

Be ware. This property is going under a major renovation. We were first put into a room on the second floor. The elevator and hallway carpets were filthy and rippled up. The room carpet way also disgusting. The little TV in the room had such a dark picture that we couldn't see much detail.
We complained and were moved to a room on the third floor that had been renovated which was much better, but the hallway carpet, already showed signs of being grubby.
All this was topped off with a constant drilling sound coming from the demolition crew at the other end of the building. The noise started at 8am and went on until 6pm each day.
We thought we would get a break on Saturday but the noise continued, so we packed up and left the hotel at 5pm.
We have never experienced anything like this at a Marriot property before.
I would suggest avoiding this property until the resevation is completed.

We stayed at the Shariton while driving through, and it was quite an adventure! Tim at check-in whisked us through the process faster than you can say "vacation!" Then there was Katlyn, the bartender extraordinaire. She served up drinks and laughs in equal measure, turning a regular night into a highlight of our trip. The kids practically lived in the pool, and our room was so clean and efficient it felt like staying in a Swiss watch. We'll definitely be back for another round of fun and relaxation!

Positive: Room was nice enough Negative: I booked this hotel because of the outdoor and inside pool and the hot tub as advertised on website only reason I picked this hotel over the others , was so disappointed to find the outside pool and indoor pool was not in working order !
