Update: I got the helmet in 4 days! Usually, it takes so much longer to get things from america to canada. Helmet came certified, ready to use right away! And for really good prices too. Go get yourself some.

I bought a helmet for my son in a size M and fit him too tight. I sent it back and they shipped a size L right away (which fit perfect). Shipping was extremely fast, however the second helmet had a few scratches and scuffs but not too bad that was worth shipping back from Canada. I emailed them with proof and they got back to me within a day or two and gave me a discount on the helmet (They issued a refund for the discount). I am satisfied with their costumer service.

Allison took care of us so well, I had to take the time to write her and thank her!! We needed a Speedflex helmet yesterday, with the right configuration and color, and she made sure we got exactly what we needed, and quickly! I will definitely buy here again!! I ordered XTECH X2 shoulder pads and a back plate for my son. When the pads arrived, one of the buckles on the shoulder pads had been reversed in assembly, so they couldn't be secured. I called Sports Unlimited to address the issue in time for the first practice in full gear, and Alison (a real live person!) answered the phone. They were out of our size, but Alison went above and beyond to work directly with XTECH, getting the pads returned repaired and back to us just in time for the first practice. So rare to see such excellent customer service!

I ordered a cleveland indians license plate. When it arrived it said cleveland guardians. This was a gift that would cost more to return and get my money back. Plus the 10% restock fee. I'm very disappointed

Alison at Sport Unlimited has been absolutely incredible. We had an issue with a helmet that was a Christmas present. Long story short the helmet was replaced at no charge even though no issues where actually found. I would recommend this company with anyone looking to get better equipment for their children or young adult.

I was worried about ordering from this company after finding polarizing reviews online, but they were the only ones who had what I wanted in stock. Every other seller claimed the rollerblades wouldn't be shipped until a month and 1/2 from now, and most of them also came with a higher price tag... no thanks.
Anyway, shipping was even quicker than predicted, items were well-packaged and a perfect fit.

10/10 definitely recommend
